Jodi Harland

Owner & Operator

Since 1994, Jodi has been responsible for providing strategic leadership and establishing long range goals, plans, and policies for her local, small business, Aspen Personnel Service, Inc. Aspen is a full-service employment agency that has partnered with hundreds of businesses located within the Inland Northwest in obtaining top talent individuals for their organization.

In addition to running her small business, Jodi has been actively involved in our community. Jodi has been a member of Rotary International since 2001. She served on their board from 2008 to 2015, was club President in 2013 & 2014, and has been the fundraising chair since 2014. Jodi was also an active member of the Spokane Executives Association and served on the board from 2012 to 2014. She has also served on the board of KSPS Public Television from 2015 to 2021 and is a graduate of Leadership Spokane.

Suzie Dunn

Senior Recruiter

Suzie is a Spokane native who studied Marketing and Human Resources at Eastern Washington University.  She began her career in Recruiting​ at Aspen Personnel Service straight out of college, and spent nearly a decade working with companies and jobseekers in finding their perfect match. In addition to recruiting, Suzie has close to twenty years of experience in the media and marketing arena, working with top Inland Northwest companies as well as running her own Marketing firm. Suzie has a passion for working with people and went back to her roots to work as a Recruiter at Aspen Personnel in 2021. One of her greatest joys is working with businesses to identify top talent and assisting jobseekers in finding their dream jobs.   

Patrick Bailey

Patrick Bailey, born and raised in Spokane, Washington, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Major in Marketing from Eastern Washington University. As a dedicated professional recruiter, he excels in connecting top notch candidates with career opportunities in the greater Spokane area, ensuring both parties find their ideal match for mutual success.

Makenna Figlenski

Office Manager & HR Assistant

Makenna was born and raised in Renton, WA and has a Bachelor's in Marketing from Eastern Washington University. She recently began her search for a professional career in HR here at Jodi's office. As the office manager, Makenna manages all Aspen's social media platforms, the front desk, schedules interviews at our office and assists our recruiters. Her role as an HR Assistant gives her the opportunity to conduct interviews with candidates and facilitate interviews with our client companies.
